1 onion
500g broccoli
200 grams of peas
300 g celery sticks
1 liter vegetable broth
3 bay leaves
1 teaspoon bianco balsamic vinegar
250 ml soy cream olive oil
Salt Black pepper Smoked tofu or some bread
