Used by my grandmother and mother, this method is a family method for canning tomatoes. A delicious way to preserve tomatoes for the winter. 2.3-2.5 kg of tomatoes
Cut the tomatoes into 4 pieces
6-7 cloves of garlic (2 cloves per 1 jar)
