Cabbage and red lentils taste better than meat! Simple and delicious recipe

INGREDIENTS:

200 g red lentils (7 oz)

1 cup white cabbage (240 ml, chopped)

1 onion olive oil 4 – 5 cloves of garlic

1 large sweet potato

50 g breadcrumbs

(1/2 cup or 120 ml) Lemon juice

(from 1/2 lemon)

A handful of parsley

2 tsp ginger (freshly grated)

1 teaspoon Baking powder

1 – 2 tsp salt

1 tsp caraway

1 tsp garam masala powder

1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

To fry: vegetable oil
