Lying on the elbow, we must flex one leg and stretch the one that remains on the ground, the movement consists of raising it, being stretched, doing fast repetitions. You can execute between 12 to 15 repetitions with each leg.
3. The bow
For this exercise we need to raise the leg. Extend the leg creating the figure of an arch. The goal is to have the leg as perpendicular to the torso as possible. You can execute between 12 to 15 repetitions.
