If you sit for too long or stand for too long with poor posture, it’s no surprise that you experience neck pain. There is a simple but effective set of exercises that can help eliminate this.
This series of movements not only relieves pain, but also strengthens the muscles of the neck.
First step
Circle your head three times in both directions.
Second step
Tilt your head to the left, then stretch your neck as far as you can in this position. Then do it on the right side as well. Repeat three times.
Third step
Move your head back and forth six times.
If you don’t experience back pain, allow yourself time every day to stretch and move your body. If possible, spend a few minutes every hour on this.
If you know that your body is not in the right position during the day or you have been diagnosed with a spinal problem, then do these few exercises several times a day.
Sufficient rest helps the body regenerate. It is worth sleeping without a pillow on a mattress that provides good support for the spine.
