Healing garlic soup – 100 times more powerful than antibiotics

How to make healing garlic soup

Ingredients:

• 5 garlic cloves (peeled)
• 2 tablespoons butter (from grass-fed cows)
• 2 tablespoons of olive oil – rich in Omega 3 fatty acids
• 2 large onions, diced
• 1 tablespoon fresh thyme (chopped) – has antibacterial properties
• 1/4 liter of chicken broth (or vegetable broth if you are vegetarian)
• 1 bunch of fresh parsley (chopped) – an excellent detoxifier
• 3 cups bread (chopped) *alternative available (see below)
• 1 cup sour cream (optional)

Preparation mode:

1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
2. Cut the top of the garlic and wrap it in aluminum foil.
3. Bake the garlic for 90 minutes.
4. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes.
5. While the garlic is in the oven: over medium heat, put 2 tablespoons of olive oil and the butter in a pot.
6. Add the onion and cook for 10 minutes.
7. Mash the garlic with a fork and add it to the pot.
8. Add the herbs and broth.
9. Add the bread and cook for 5 minutes until the bread softens.
10. Pour the soup into a blender and blend until smooth.
11. Return soup to pot and add sour cream, salt and pepper to taste.
12. Your Surativa soup is ready – Enjoy!

* Alternative options:
If you want a gluten-free option, try:

• Put the gluten-free bread cubes
• Add cauliflower puree (to thicken the soup)
• Cook cauliflower in boiling water until soft, then add to blender
• Add a bit of avocado to thicken the soup, which will add a huge dose of healthy fats to the soup
