1. Standing Forward Bend

- Lie down on your back with your legs stretched out and arms attached to your body.

- Make an angle of 45 degrees with your body by lifting your torso off the floor and helping your arms to keep their balance.
- Stay in the position for 15 seconds. Return to the starting position and let your body rest for another 15 seconds.
Do the exercise 5 times and take a 15-second break between each pose.
4. Cobra Pose
Cobra pose are a great posture to strengthen abs and to lose belly pooch. These exercise will strengthen back, abdomen, and entire upper body. They also make the spine flexible and strong.
- Lie on your belly with your legs stretched out and your palms positioned underneath your shoulders.
- Your chin and your toes should be touching the floor.

6. Bow Pose
