How to lose flabby arm fat
If we want to lose that extra fat accumulated in the arms, we must lose weight and perform specific exercises designed to work the muscles of the arms. And, best of all, it is not necessary to join a gym: we can do everything at home with a series of recommended exercises.
1. Arm rotations
This fantastic exercise to eliminate flaccidity consists of making circles with your arms while standing. It is a very simple exercise that consists of placing your arms horizontally, without bending your elbows, and tracing circles between them. It is about making circles with a very small amplitude to do many repetitions in a short time. Then, we repeat the exercise, but in reverse.
Do 3 sets of 15 repetitions.
2. Arm scissors

Stand up with your legs wide apart. Bring your arms out to the sides, and forward. Then one arm should overlap the other, resembling the letter Х. Bring your arms back to the original position, and repeat this 20 times. Relax with your arms down for 15 seconds.
Do 3 sets of 20 reps.
3. Up and down
Stand up and raise your arms up, bending your elbows so your arms are behind your head. Bring your palms together. And then move your palms down, and then raise them to the height of the middle of your head.
Repeat this exercise 20 times at a fast pace. And then lower your arms and relax for 15 seconds.
4. knee bends
In a plank position on the floor, stretch your legs so that you stand only on the balls of your feet and the soles of your hands. Lower yourself in a controlled motion until your chest almost touches the ground. Go back to the starting position. If it’s too heavy, lower your knees and do the same movement.
Do 3 sets of 10 repetitions.
5. Elbow push and stretch

Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart. Extend your arms to both sides of the body, parallel to the ground. Close your hands into fists. Bend your elbows so that your fists are at armpit height. Return your arms to the original position.
Repeat this 20 times. Next, relax with your arms down for 15 seconds.
6. Triceps Curl
For this exercise, also known as triceps dips, all you need is a chair, bench, couch, or step and you’re good to go. It’s actually better for the triceps if you use a combination of objects to vary the range of motion and feel your muscles burn. Make sure to keep your butt and lower back close to the chair (or whatever object you’re using) to maximize the benefits of this exercise.
Do this exercise for 2 sets of 10 repetitions.
7. Plank push-up
Finally, the last exercise to eliminate arm fat is a little easier than the previous ones, but even more effective. It is about going up and down on the planks: we place ourselves on the ground resting our hands and the tips of our feet on the mat: from there we go to the position of the plank on the elbows, and then we return to the original position.
Make 3 sets of 10 repetitions.
With these exercises, forget about those flabby arms and look amazing. To achieve more effective results perform the routine daily. Remember that the key to success is to be consistent.
