I have never tried chicken this way before: The simplest lunch in 20 minutes

Chicken meat is very tasty and easy to prepare, so it is very often represented on the menu of people all over the world. This time I tried a new recipe and I didn’t regret it at all, on the contrary! In about 20 minutes, I prepared the most delicious chicken lunch I’ve ever eaten. Write down the recipe, you won’t regret it. Here’s what you need:

INGREDIENTS NEEDED: 2 pieces of chicken fillet cut into cubes, salt, oregano, curry, black pepper, parsley, 2 eggs, 100 ml of neutral cooking cream, 1 or 2 potatoes, a little olive oil

PROCEDURE: Wash the chicken white meat with cold water and wipe it with a paper towel. Then cut it into smaller (bite-sized) cubes. Salt the meat and mix well with your hands to distribute the salt evenly.

Arrange the sliced meat on the bottom of a medium-sized ovenproof dish (no need to grease the dish). Separately, break two eggs in a deeper bowl and beat them foamy with a whisk as for an omelette.

Whisk to blend the spices evenly. Pour this mixture over the meat and mix well to distribute it evenly in the sauce. Drizzle a little olive oil on top, about 2-3 tablespoons.

Peel one large potato or two smaller ones and cut into 3-5 mm thick rounds (as for moussaka). Arrange the potato rounds on top of the meat, not too thick, but to cover the surface.

Finely chop half a bunch of fresh parsley and sprinkle on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes. Serve warm
