SWISS BALL SQUAT

This exercise requires a swiss ball. Begin by holding the ball above your head with your back straight and feet apart. Slowly lower yourself into a squat position as if sitting on an invisible chair. Hold for a few seconds before returning to the starting position. Repeat the exercise for 10 reps, take a short break, then repeat the set one more time.

BRIDGE WITH A SWISS BALL

Lie on your back with your feet on a Swiss ball. Raise your back and engage your core muscles. Push your body upward as high as possible, then return to the starting position. Repeat this exercise 15 times.

EXERCISE BALL BACK EXTENSION
