EXERCISE #1


How to do it

  1. Lie on your right side with your elbow bent under your torso.
  2. Bend your right knee and lift your left leg a few inches off the ground (between 10 and 25 cm).
  3. Hold your leg up for 5 seconds, then slowly lower it.
  4. Reverse the position (lying on your left side with your right leg raised) and do the same movement.

Do 3 sets, 15 times on each side.

EXERCISE #2


How to do it

  1. Stand in a plank position, with your arms stretched under your shoulders and contracting your abdominal muscles.
  2. With your knee bent, bring your right leg under your torso.
  3. In one motion, reach back and lift your leg a few inches off the ground (15-20 cm).
  4. Do the same movement with the left leg.

Do 3 sets of 8.

EXERCISE #3


How to do it

  1. Hold a small dumbbell in your hands and stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Inhale, and lower your body by slowly bending your knees and keeping your back straight.
  3. Continue lowering your body until your thighs are parallel to the floor.
  4. Hold this position for 5 sec, and slowly straighten your legs to return to the starting position.

Do 3 sets of 20.

EXERCISE #4


How to do it

  1. Stand in a standing position, holding a small dumbbell in your hands and with your legs spread at shoulder level.
  2. Slowly lower your torso forward, keeping your back straight and letting your arms hang below your upper body.
  3. Bend as low as possible, and gradually straighten your upper body to return to the starting position.

Do 5 sets of 12.

EXERCISE #5


How to do it

  1. Get on all fours with your arms stretched under your shoulders.
  2. Slowly lift your left leg up, keeping your back straight.
  3. Try to lift your leg as high as possible, but don’t push too hard.
  4. Hold this position for 5 seconds, then slowly return to the starting position.
  5. Do the same movement with your right leg.

Do 2 sets of 15.

EXERCISE #6


How to do it

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Put your hands behind your head and bend your knees.
  3. Once your body is down as low as possible, take a big leap upward by spreading your legs and arms at the same time.
  4. Once your feet are on the ground, return to the starting position.

Do 2 sets of 20.
