5 exercises that will free you from the excess on your waist!

Everyone is aware that abdominal fat pads are the most difficult to get rid of, as most people want to reshape this body area.

Here are 5 exercises that will help you lose belly fat:

Supine support position, raising legs:

  • Support your arms so that your body is fully straightened.
  • Bring your leg up to your opposite shoulder.
  • Then return to the starting position.
  • Bring the other leg up to the opposite shoulder in the same way.
  • Take a break in between and repeat the exercise 10 times.

Sitting up, only touching the heels:

  • Lie back, then bend your legs, pull your knees up.
  • Keep your legs parallel, carefully raise your head.
  • Then exhale, try to touch your left heel with your left hand.
  • Do the same with your right hand.
  • Repeat this exercise 20 times.

Sitting up with raised legs:

  • Lie on your back, pressing your lower back to the ground. Put your hands behind your head.
  • Lift your legs straight out towards you, cross your ankles and bend your knees slightly.
  • Tighten your abs to lift your torso and knees in the same direction.
  • Exhale as you move towards your knees and inhale as you return to the starting position.
  • Repeat this 25 times.

Trunk bending:

  • Lie on your back.
  • Put one hand behind the back of your head, and leave the other as usual.
  • Tighten your abdominal muscles, then slowly and carefully try to touch your right leg with your right hand, bringing it closer as well.
  • Repeat this 10 times on each side.

plank:

  • Get into the push-up position, but now don’t lean on your hands, but on your elbows, close your legs tightly.
  • Tighten your abs and keep your body in a straight line.
  • Hold this position for a while and then lower your body to the ground.
